Having originally trained as a dancer, Szara went on to perform in production shows on land and at sea, both as a dancer and a singer.

             Szara has performed as a Headline Cabaret for many major Cruise Lines, including Majestic Cruises, Classic International Cruises, Europe Cruise Line, My Travel, (on board the Seawing), Saga Cruises, P&O Cruises and Fred Olsen Cruise Line. 

            Szara is also in demand as a support act to household names, which, over the years, have included, Frank Carson, Johnnie Casson, Mick Miller, Jimmy Cricket, Norman Wisdom, Jethro, Max Boyce, Stan Boardman and Bobby Davro to name a few.

            Being versatile and keeping in touch with an ever changing marketplace, Szara has tailored specific shows for different venues. These shows include Musical Theatre, a tribute to the pop icons of the 50's and 60's, a swing and Big Band show, a Carpenters Story, and a Shirley Bassey extravaganza.

            Touring as a principal vocalist in shows as diverse as 'Nashville Nights and Dixie Days' a Country and Western spectacular to 'West End in Concert', a night at the musicals, to a prestigious residency at 'The Talk of London', Drury Lane, and including summer seasons on Central Pier in Blackpool and in Jersey ( where Szara won the Jersey Variety Club, Premier Act Award), leading to a fifty date  theatre tour this year,  2019, as lead vocalist in 'Sentimental Journey', where Szara performed songs from the 40's 50's 60's and 70's from people such as Doris Day, Cilla Black, Dusty Springfield, Shirley Bassey, Connie Francis, Patsy Cline and Vera Lynn.
